We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Grover and the entire Coldwater Lake Marina service team late in July 2022. Given our short summers, no one ever wants to have to deal with a service need that takes you off the lake, but everyone we encountered was understanding, helpful, and absolutely professional in working our issue. They have to balance a lot of work all summer and we appreciate them taking the time to troubleshoot. A simple phone call in need of help with our Malibu and they were quick to respond. You can tell customer service matters to all of them. Their hourly rates are absolutely fair, they definitely care about what they do, and I very much appreciate their help! I highly recommend them for any maintenance or service needs.

I purchased a boat from Coldwater Lake Marina in August of 2013 after seeing it on Boat Trader. I was hesistant in buying a boat from 250 miles away from a company I had no experience with. Dealing with Les at the Marina made it worthwhile. He was very accessible via email and phone. When I drove to pick up the boat, it was exactly as described and I was very pleased. In addition, a ballast sac needed replacement and he promised to ship it to me when it arrived. I had it within 2 weeks and everything is working fine. When I was at the marina picking up the boat, the service was great and everyone there went above and beyond in making the experience positive. Great place overall with a 5 star experience!
